SIRIZZ respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data.

This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal information associated with the SIRIZZ – Delivering Goods app.


What Data We Collect

We may collect and store the following information:

  • Name, email address, and phone number

  • Delivery addresses and order details

  • Basic account profile information

  • Device and app usage data for security and analytics purposes


How to Request Data Deletion

To request removal of your personal data, you can use either of the options below:

Option 1: In-App Request

  1. Open the SIRIZZ app

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy

  3. Select Delete My Account & Data

  4. Confirm your request


Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to:

info@sirizz.com

with the subject:

Data Deletion Request – SIRIZZ

Include:

  • Your full name

  • The email address or phone number used in the app

  • Any additional account details that may help us identify your profile


Verification & Processing

To protect your privacy, we may verify your identity before proceeding.

Once verified, your account and personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.


After Data Deletion

The following actions will be taken:

  • Your user account will be disabled and permanently removed.

  • Personal details will be deleted or anonymized.

  • Delivery history and profile information will no longer be accessible.

  • Some records may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial or security compliance).

  • Encrypted backups may take up to 90 days to be fully erased.
